Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Tanning Salon Consultant to join our vibrant team in Peterborough. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a customer-facing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are committed to maintaining a spotless salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their tanning needs, promoting our services and products, and ensuring the salon always meets our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate clients on our tanning equipment, lotions, and membership packages
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate tanning sessions and products based on their skin type and goals
- Operate point-of-sale system, process transactions, and manage bookings
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tanning rooms, equipment, and common areas to company standards
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sanitising beds, floors, and surfaces
- Handle client enquiries and resolve minor issues with a customer-focused approach
- Actively promote and sell tanning lotions, accessories, and promotional offers
- Monitor stock levels and assist with merchandising displays
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency for operating point-of-sale systems
