Job Description
Coastline Workforce Solutions is urgently seeking reliable and hardworking Casual General Labourers for immediate start on various construction and event projects across the Sunshine Coast. If you’re physically fit, eager to learn, and ready to jump into day shifts starting as soon as tomorrow, we want to hear from you! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, weekly pay, and the chance to gain valuable experience in different work environments. No prior specific experience is required, as full on-site training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople and site managers with various tasks as directed.
- Performing manual handling, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely.
- Conducting site clean-up, rubbish removal, and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Operating basic hand tools and small power tools after receiving appropriate training.
- Strictly adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and instructions.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- General site maintenance and preparation tasks.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks consistently.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

- Valid White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
- Own reliable transport (car and driver's license).
