Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Election Office Clerk for a seasonal contract. This is an immediate hire opportunity crucial to supporting upcoming election cycles. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks vital to the smooth operation of election processes. No prior experience in elections is required; comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Assist voters with registration forms and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with election laws.

- Answer phone calls and provide clear, accurate information to the public regarding election procedures, polling locations, and voter eligibility.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic records with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare and assemble election materials, including ballot packages and voter information guides.
- Support poll worker recruitment and training activities as needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and election timelines.
