Job Description

TyneVision Productions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Camera Operator (Trainee) to join our vibrant team in Sunderland. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with little to no prior experience, as we believe in hands-on training and development. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the intricacies of camera operation, studio etiquette, and on-location filming. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior camera operators with setup and dismantling of equipment.
- Learn and practice various camera techniques and shots.
- Maintain and care for camera equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working order.
- Support the production team during shoots, both in-studio and on location.
- Participate in pre-production planning and post-production duties as required.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand workflow and best practices.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
