Job Description

Join Niagara Event Services as a Campsite Cleaner for post-music festival operations. This temporary role is crucial for restoring festival grounds to their original condition, focusing on cleanliness and waste management in designated camping areas. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure a thorough and efficient clean-up process after large-scale events. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and dispose of all types of waste, including general refuse, recycling, and organic materials, from designated campsite areas.
  • Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., trash compactors, litter pickers, wheelbarrows).
  • Sort recyclable materials from general waste.
  • Ensure pathways and common areas within the campsites are clear of debris.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during clean-up operations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet clean-up deadlines.
  • Report any safety hazards or unusual findings to site supervisor.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
