Job Description
Are you an aspiring graphic designer eager to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant agency setting? Cascadia Creative Collective is seeking a passionate and driven Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This mentorship-focused internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and develop a comprehensive portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in conceptualizing and executing visual designs for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and brand assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative projects.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and client industries.
- Prepare design files for production and ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
- Provide general administrative support to the design team as needed.
- Actively seek feedback and iterate on design work based on constructive criticism.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Foundational understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
