Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CSCS Labourer to join our team on an exciting new construction project in Brighton. This role is essential for supporting site operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and assisting skilled tradespeople. If you have a valid CSCS card and are eager to contribute to significant local infrastructure, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespersons (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Preparing the site by cleaning, tidying, and clearing debris.
- Operating hand and power tools under supervision.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and site rules.
- Assisting with the erection and dismantling of temporary structures.
- Ensuring tools and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.
Required Skills
- Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices on a construction site.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on a construction site.
- Full UK driving license.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience operating small plant machinery.
