Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including lobby, restrooms, and work areas
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Restock inventory and ensure product availability
- Learn and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
