Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Brick Stacker / Mover. This entry-level position is crucial for our operations, involving the manual handling, stacking, and organization of bricks and other masonry materials. You will be responsible for ensuring materials are readily available for masons, maintaining an organized yard, and assisting with loading and unloading shipments. This role requires significant physical stamina and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually stack and organize bricks and other masonry materials in designated areas.
- Efficiently move materials to supply masons and construction sites as directed.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring materials are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the yard and warehouse.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack) after training, if required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and material checks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the workday.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a physically demanding role or construction environment is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with construction materials or building supply operations.
