Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and looking for an exciting entry point into the nail salon industry? The Velvet Touch Nail Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior / Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with little to no prior experience to learn the trade from experienced professionals, master the art of nail care, and contribute to a high-end spa environment. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, helping you develop essential skills and build a rewarding career. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior nail technicians with client preparation, including setting up stations and preparing tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sanitizing tools and workstations.
- Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Learn and assist with basic nail services under direct supervision, such as polish application and removal.
- Handle laundry and ensure a fresh supply of towels and linens.
- Restock supplies and products as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning new techniques and procedures.
