Job Description

Prince Puckler’s Gourmet Ice Cream is seeking cheerful and energetic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Parlor Servers. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re confident and successful. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service skills, work in a positive environment, and make people happy with delicious treats!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their ice cream selections.
- Scoop and serve various ice cream flavors, sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert items.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, dining space, and back-of-house.
- Restock supplies such as cones, toppings, and napkins as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for every guest.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Required Skills

- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Current Oregon Food Handler's Card (can be obtained after hire).
