Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tour Management & Booking Intern to join our dynamic team in Manchester, NH. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of live entertainment, specifically in the areas of artist booking, tour logistics, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about music and live events, eager to learn, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. No prior experience in tour management is required; we are looking for individuals ready to immerse themselves and grow with our guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the booking and management teams with administrative tasks related to artist inquiries and tour scheduling.
  • Help research potential artists, venues, and market trends to support booking strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation and organization of tour itineraries, advance sheets, and other logistical documents.
  • Support communication with artists, agents, and venue staff regarding booking details and requirements.
  • Aid in maintaining databases of artist contacts, venue information, and industry resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving booking and tour management processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the booking department.
