Job Description
Are you a night owl looking for immediate work with a premium rate? Real Canadian Superstore in St. Albert is seeking dedicated Night Replenishment Assistants to join our overnight team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring our store shelves are fully stocked and impeccably organized for our morning customers. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready for a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and transport merchandise to sales floor.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product placement according to planograms.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including aisles and backroom areas.
- Operate store equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, stock pickers) after training.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as required.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality for overnight shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Experience with overnight shifts.
- Familiarity with operating pallet jacks or similar equipment.
