Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction managers with various tasks on site.
- Help with site preparation and clearance, including digging, sweeping, and removing debris.
- Move materials and equipment safely around the construction site.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures diligently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (training provided).
- Support the overall team effort to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and safety briefings.
