Job Description
As a Retail Store Manager at Boots UK, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the overall success of your store in Nottingham. You will drive sales performance, ensure outstanding customer experiences, manage and develop a dedicated team, and uphold Boots’ high operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, profit margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the store.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded, resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, visual standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient store management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture where team members feel valued and engaged.
- Build strong relationships with local community partners and represent the Boots brand effectively.
