Job Description
Be part of the vibrant world of live events! We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff for various exciting summer festivals and events across Scotland, primarily based out of our Dundee operations. This temporary role is perfect for those looking for flexible work, a dynamic environment, and the chance to contribute to memorable experiences. You will be the first point of contact for many attendees, ensuring a smooth and positive entry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify attendee tickets and accreditation passes.
- Issue and secure wristbands accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear directions and information to festival-goers.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Troubleshoot minor access issues and escalate complex problems.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or events is a plus.
- Basic First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of festival logistics and crowd management.
