Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an immediate start, full-time position for individuals eager to dive into the fast-paced world of e-commerce customer support. You will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing exceptional service and support via live chat to ensure a seamless shopping experience. No prior extensive experience is required; we are looking for bright, motivated individuals whom we can train to become experts in our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, returns, and general website navigation.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and offer recommendations.
- Assist customers with the online purchasing process, including troubleshooting checkout issues.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and privacy.
