Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented E-commerce Returns Processor to join our team in Vaughan. This is a sit-down warehouse role focused on efficiently processing returned items from our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with repetitive tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is an immediate hire position, offering comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort returned e-commerce merchandise.
- Verify product condition, quantity, and completeness against return documentation.
- Process returns accurately using internal computer systems.
- Repackage items suitable for resale or prepare for liquidation/disposal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
