Job Description
As a Newspaper Insert Stuffer – Night Shift at our Calgary print facility, you will play a crucial role in preparing our daily publications for distribution. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position primarily involving the manual insertion of advertising flyers, pamphlets, and other materials into newspapers on a production line. Working within our dynamic night shift team, you will ensure inserts are placed accurately and efficiently, maintaining the high quality and timely delivery our readers expect. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for reliable and detail-oriented individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually insert various advertising materials and supplements into newspapers on a high-speed production line.
- Maintain a consistent work pace to meet production targets.
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper insert placement and prevent errors.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist with other general duties within the print facility as required.
