Job Description

As an RA, you’ll be at the heart of our student community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, offering support, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents. You’ll be instrumental in building a vibrant student experience through events and community initiatives, while also being a first point of contact for resident queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere among residents.
- Organise and facilitate engaging social, educational, and wellbeing events for students.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, offering guidance and support.
- Address minor conflicts and mediate disputes between residents with sensitivity.
- Conduct regular welfare checks and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Respond to emergencies and liaise with building management and external services as needed.
- Promote a safe and secure living environment for all residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to resident move-ins, move-outs, and room changes.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating responsible behaviour and good citizenship.

- Basic knowledge of first aid or willingness to undergo training.
- Awareness of mental health support resources or willingness to undergo training.
