Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere among residents.
• Organise and facilitate engaging social, educational, and wellbeing events for students.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, offering guidance and support.
• Address minor conflicts and mediate disputes between residents with sensitivity.
• Conduct regular welfare checks and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with building management and external services as needed.
• Promote a safe and secure living environment for all residents.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to resident move-ins, move-outs, and room changes.
• Act as a role model, demonstrating responsible behaviour and good citizenship.

• Awareness of mental health support resources or willingness to undergo training.
