Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training to understand railway operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Learn to operate signalling equipment and communication systems under supervision.
- Monitor train movements and track conditions.
- Communicate effectively with train drivers, control centres, and station staff.
- Assist in the safe dispatch of trains from stations and depots.
- Record and report operational information accurately.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies following established procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth railway operations.
