Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented State/Provincial Lottery Processing Clerk to join our administrative team in Boca Raton, Florida. This entry-level, office-based role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of various lottery-related documents and data. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, verification, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this vital support position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify state/provincial lottery tickets, forms, and related documentation with high accuracy.
  • Perform data entry of lottery information into designated systems.
  • Maintain organized and accurate physical and digital records.
  • Assist with internal inquiries related to processed lottery data.
  • Ensure all processing activities adhere to state regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly processing reports as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily processing targets.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
