Job Description
Are you passionate about social media and eager to learn the ropes of influencer marketing? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Influencer Outreach Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level, 100% remote position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing. You’ll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with key virtual influencers across various platforms, primarily through direct messages and emails. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in influencer outreach is necessary – just a strong desire to learn and excel!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant virtual influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Craft compelling and personalized direct messages (DMs) and emails to initiate contact and build rapport with potential influencers.
- Manage and organize outreach pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Track and report on outreach efforts, including response rates and engagement metrics.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and campaign details.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and provide insights from outreach activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
