Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and physically fit individual to join our game-day entertainment crew as a Part-Time Sports Mascot Performer. This unique and exciting role involves bringing our beloved mascot to life, engaging with fans of all ages, and creating memorable experiences at home games and various community events. You’ll be the embodiment of team spirit, required to perform in costume, execute comedic skits, interact spontaneously with the audience, and represent the team with enthusiasm and professionalism. While previous mascot experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a strong performance presence and the physical stamina required for the role. Full training will be provided to ensure you can embody the mascot’s persona perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Portray the team mascot character with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times.
- Interact with fans of all ages before, during, and after games, as well as at community appearances.
- Perform skits, dance routines, and other choreographed movements in costume.
- Distribute promotional materials and participate in fan engagement activities.
- Maintain the physical condition of the mascot costume and props.
- Work closely with the game-day entertainment and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of performances.
- Adhere to character guidelines and uphold the team's brand image.
- Be available for scheduled game days, evenings, weekends, and select community events.
