Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and impeccably presented Luxury Car Dealership Receptionist to join our Front of House team at Park Place Lewisville. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our discerning clients, requiring a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a commitment to providing five-star service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing the flow of client inquiries, and providing essential administrative support in our state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the dealership with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously, ensuring accurate message delivery.
  • Manage client appointments and maintain organized schedules for sales and service departments.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain the pristine appearance of the reception area, ensuring a luxurious and inviting environment.
  • Assist clients with basic inquiries, providing information about services, vehicles, and dealership personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
