Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Shopper Marketing Intern with a keen interest in consumer behavior to join our dynamic marketing team in Orlando. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding how shoppers make decisions, contributing to strategies that influence purchasing behavior at the point of sale. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research and analyzing consumer data to identify shopper trends and insights.
  • Support the development and execution of shopper marketing campaigns and promotions across various channels.
  • Help analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., merchandising, category management, advertising) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations and materials summarizing research findings and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Learn to utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track consumer engagement and sales data.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing collateral and campaign assets.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Consumer Behavior, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated interest in retail, consumer goods, and shopper marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) is a plus.
  • Prior coursework or projects focused on consumer psychology, market research, or retail marketing.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
