Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Loading Bay Operative to join our dynamic team in Frisco, TX, for an immediate start on the night shift. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload packages and freight from vehicles and trailers.
- Sort and scan packages according to destination and shipping labels.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the loading bay.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs independently.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Frisco, TX facility for night shifts.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physical labor role (not required, but a plus).
