Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Commercial Airline Pilots to join our team as Captains or First Officers based out of El Paso, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, ensuring all aircraft systems and components are fully operational.
- Monitor weather conditions, fuel consumption, and flight parameters throughout the flight.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, ground crew, and cabin crew.
- Make critical decisions quickly and effectively to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and adhere to sterile cockpit procedures.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Required Skills
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate (for Captain) or Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine Rating (for First Officer)
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time (for First Officer), with specific multi-engine and turbine experience as per FAA Part 121 requirements
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time including 1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-engine turbine aircraft (for Captain)
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (if applicable) and ability to obtain necessary U.S. work authorizations
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
- Valid U.S. passport or equivalent travel document
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field
- Previous airline experience on aircraft types such as Boeing 737, Airbus A320 family, or larger wide-body aircraft
- Type ratings on airline specific equipment
- Experience in an international flight environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
