Job Description
Join the vibrant world of live entertainment as a Red Carpet Event Usher. In this exciting part-time role, you will be the welcoming face for our most prestigious events in Southaven, ensuring a smooth, elegant, and secure experience for all guests. This position requires individuals with a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere. Evening availability and adherence to a smart dress code are essential for this high-profile role. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the event industry. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival at red carpet events.
- Guide guests to their designated seating areas and assist with any directional inquiries.
- Maintain order and decorum on the red carpet and within event spaces.
- Monitor designated sections for potential issues, ensuring guest safety and comfort.
- Provide information regarding event schedules, facilities, and services.
- Assist with crowd management and ensure smooth guest flow during high-traffic periods.
- Respond to guest needs and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with security, event management, and other staff members.
- Adhere strictly to event protocols, safety guidelines, and company policies.
