Job Description

Greystar is seeking a dedicated and professional Condominium Concierge / Front Desk representative for night shifts at one of our premier luxury condominium properties in Portland. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a quiet, independent work setting and possess excellent customer service skills. As the first point of contact for residents and guests during overnight hours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a secure, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This is a vital position requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional front desk service to residents and their guests during night hours, maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere.
  • Monitor security systems, conduct regular property walk-throughs, and ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, including package deliveries and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, visitor arrivals, and other relevant overnight activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, report generation, and ensuring the lobby area remains tidy.
  • Respond to emergency situations according to established protocols and notify appropriate personnel.
  • Manage access control for approved visitors and contractors, verifying credentials as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service or front desk experience (6+ months preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, property management software).
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a quiet environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Reliability and punctuality for night shift schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, residential concierge, or security roles.
  • Knowledge of local Portland area amenities and services.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience with video surveillance systems.
