Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic information regarding isolation and quarantine procedures.
- Offer guidance on testing, symptom monitoring, and access to local support services.
- Maintain meticulous records of all communications and case information in a secure database.

- Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
