Job Description

Kroger in Fort Worth is looking for dedicated individuals to join our overnight team as a Shelf Facer. In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing for our morning shoppers. Key Responsibilities
- Organize and front product on shelves, ensuring all items are neatly aligned and easily accessible.
- Stock new inventory onto shelves according to store planograms and product rotation guidelines.
- Remove damaged or expired products from shelves and report discrepancies.
- Maintain clean and orderly aisles, ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers and a pleasant workspace for colleagues.
- Assist with general store cleanliness and organization during the overnight shift.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding stocking needs and issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in a retail or stocking environment (a plus, but not essential).
