Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in cloud computing? Microsoft is seeking a motivated Junior Cloud Support Associate to join our dynamic, 100% remote team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity designed for individuals with little to no prior experience, offering comprehensive training and fully paid certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate). You will provide technical support to our cloud customers, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the stability and performance of our Azure services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support to Microsoft Azure customers via chat, email, and phone, resolving basic to intermediate-level cloud-related inquiries.
  • Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Azure services, virtual machines, networking, and storage.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to escalate complex issues and contribute to finding solutions.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our support systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and achieve professional certifications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
