Job Description

Woolworths is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Online Order Pickers to join our Tamworth team. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our online customers receive fresh, accurate, and timely orders. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer online orders from store shelves
- Ensure products are of high quality and meet freshness standards
- Maintain a clean and organised picking area
- Work efficiently to meet order deadlines
- Assist with stock rotation and replenishment as required
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
