Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Orchard Labourers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Geelong. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work with competitive pay, offering the potential for 88-day visa sign-off for eligible applicants. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the successful harvesting and maintenance of our orchards. This role is physically demanding but rewarding, ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting various fruits and vegetables according to quality standards and efficiency targets.
- Pruning trees and plants as directed by supervisors.
- Assisting with irrigation system setup and maintenance.
- Weeding and general orchard maintenance tasks.
- Packing and sorting produce on-site, ensuring quality control.
- Operating basic farm machinery (training provided if required).
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
