Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart a career in a hands-on trade? Geelong Window Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable Window Shutter Installer Offsider to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel. You will work alongside experienced installers, learning the intricacies of professional window shutter installation, while contributing to the beautiful transformation of homes and businesses across Geelong and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced installers with the measurement, preparation, and installation of various window shutter systems.
- Learn to correctly use and maintain hand and power tools safely.
- Prepare work sites, including protecting client property and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform site clean-up upon completion of installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Develop a strong understanding of different shutter types, materials, and installation techniques.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during site visits.
Required Skills
- Willingness and eagerness to learn a new trade.

- Good physical fitness, capable of lifting and carrying materials.

- White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one.
