Job Description
Are you looking for a fulfilling entry-level role where you can contribute to public service and support our military personnel? Serco is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Military Base Support Workers to join our team in Swansea. This civilian public sector role involves providing essential services to ensure the smooth operation of military facilities. No prior experience is required, as full comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of military base facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Support logistics and supplies management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Provide administrative support such as record-keeping and basic data entry.
- Help with routine inspections and report any issues or necessary repairs.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and military personnel to achieve operational goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
