Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Shipping Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in logistics and supply chain, with no prior experience required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you gain all the necessary skills to excel in this role. You will play a crucial part in supporting our shipping department, primarily focusing on accurate data entry and document management, contributing to the efficient flow of our world-class products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of shipping information into our inventory and logistics systems.
  • Prepare, organize, and file shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
  • Assist with tracking and tracing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving minor discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
  • Conduct basic checks on outgoing shipments to ensure documentation matches physical goods.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment within the shipping department.
  • Support the overall shipping and receiving operations as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
