Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our team immediately. This pivotal role is the welcoming face of Serene Shores Boutique, responsible for creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. You will manage front-desk operations, assist customers, and support the boutique’s smooth daily flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule client appointments for personal styling sessions or special events.
- Maintain an organised and aesthetically pleasing reception area.
- Process sales transactions, manage returns, and assist with inventory checks.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues gracefully, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Required Skills
