Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Stock Feed Sorter to join our team in Cairns. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the agricultural industry, offering a supportive environment with full training provided. As a Stock Feed Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficient dispatch of various animal feed products. You will be responsible for the manual sorting, stacking, and organization of stock feed, contributing to our operational excellence and the well-being of livestock across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Manually sort and separate various types of stock feed according to quality and product specifications.
- Stack and organize feed bags and pallets in designated warehouse areas.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing feed products, reporting any discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, once trained.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
