Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a WFH Customer Care Representative with a specialization in Retail & Delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service, as no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to retail purchases, order tracking, delivery schedules, and general product information. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience, resolving issues efficiently, and upholding Dell Technologies’ commitment to service excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products, orders, and delivery status.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, clarifying delivery estimates, and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and return policies for retail purchases.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
