Job Description
Join Accenture as a WFH Image Reviewer – Content Safety Specialist! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about online safety and committed to upholding content guidelines. In this crucial remote role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated images to ensure compliance with our platform’s content policies. Full comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience in content moderation is necessary. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with excellent judgment and a strong sense of responsibility to help maintain a safe and positive online environment. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Geelong, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and moderate user-submitted images according to established content guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate images that violate content policies, including but not limited to graphic content, hate speech, and spam.
- Apply critical thinking and judgment to interpret and apply complex content policies to various image types.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
- Provide consistent feedback and report on policy violations and emerging content trends.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to ensure continuous improvement in moderation practices.
