Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Solar Panel Cleaning Technicians. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for immediate employment in a growing industry. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in solar panel cleaning is necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of solar energy systems by meticulously cleaning panels, maintaining their efficiency and longevity. This role is physically demanding, requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of solar panels at various residential and commercial sites.
- Inspect solar panels for damage or defects during the cleaning process and report findings.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including working at heights and manual handling procedures.
- Operate and maintain specialist cleaning equipment and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site managers.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and climbing.
