Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to digital inquiries from warm leads regarding Sky products and services.

- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through a consultative approach.
- Accurately process orders and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
