Job Description

We are seeking empathetic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Remote Text Support Specialists. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to provide essential text-based assistance to Optus mobile app users, helping them navigate features, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries. You will work 100% remotely, providing support from the comfort of your home. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge to succeed, regardless of prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient text-based support to Optus mobile app users via our chat platform.
  • Assist users with common app functionalities, account management, and service inquiries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the mobile app and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Optus products, services, and mobile app updates.
