Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Grain Bunker Labourers to join our team in Busselton for the upcoming harvest season. This is a physically demanding role offering significant opportunities for high overtime hours. You will play a crucial part in the efficient receival, storage, and dispatch of grain at our facility, contributing directly to the success of Western Australia’s grain industry. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receival and outloading of grain from bunkers and silos.
- Operate various equipment, including tractors, augers, and conveyors (training provided).
- Perform general site maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Monitor grain quality and assist with sampling.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Undertake manual labour tasks as required, including shoveling and sweeping.
