Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote E-commerce Chat Agent to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, perfect for individuals passionate about fashion and retail who excel in digital communication. As a Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience through live chat and email channels. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat and email to provide accurate and timely assistance regarding product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Guide customers through the website, helping them with navigation, product selection, and checkout processes.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across various fashion categories and brands offered on our platform.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Identify and report common customer issues or trends to improve overall service quality.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • A passion for fashion and retail, with an understanding of current trends.
