Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Juice Pressing Plant Laborers. This is an active, hands-on role within our modern production facility in Chesterfield. You will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our fresh juices. This position offers immediate start with weekly pay and comprehensive on-the-job training, making it ideal for those eager to begin a rewarding career in food production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for processing.
  • Operate and monitor juice pressing, filtration, and bottling machinery under supervision.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment, production areas, and shared facilities.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished juice products.
  • Safely lift, move, and stack raw materials and finished goods (up to 25kg).
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, quality control, and workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and material handling.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive motions.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a reliable approach to work.
  • Capability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (especially food-related).
  • Familiarity with basic food safety practices or a relevant certification (e.g., Food Hygiene Level 1).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
