This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the HVAC industry, working alongside experienced technicians on a variety of residential and commercial air conditioning projects. We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, contribute, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, ensuring you gain valuable skills and experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting qualified Air Conditioning Technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Preparing work sites, organizing tools, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Handling and transporting equipment and materials as directed.
- Learning and adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor on site.
- Undertaking basic administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry equipment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current Australian Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a trade assistant or labouring role (any field).
- Basic understanding of tools and manual labour.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
