Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Maintain high occupancy levels by proactively engaging with potential renters and closing sales.
  • Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to attract new leads.
  • Accurately track all leasing activities and resident interactions in property management software.
  • Stay informed on market conditions and competitive pricing to effectively position our properties.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales aptitude and a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
