Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain high occupancy levels by proactively engaging with potential renters and closing sales.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Cultivate positive relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to attract new leads.
- Accurately track all leasing activities and resident interactions in property management software.
- Stay informed on market conditions and competitive pricing to effectively position our properties.
Required Skills
- Proven sales aptitude and a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
